Maddie's first Valentine's Day!
Grammy sent her this little dog and a Valentine book. Mommy and Daddy got her a teddy bear and two books. One is the "First 100 Words" and the other is a pop-up of animals. So cute!
We don't have anything planned. Jason got in from Toronto late last night. We were afraid the weather would keep him there or in Chicago, but luckily he got home. It's nice and sunny here, the usual. I never have seen such a warm February in my life, but I've also never lived anywhere but Kentucky either. So strange not to have seasons....

Hey Shells! Thanks for doing this blog, I've really enjoyed reading the three entries you have so far. It makes me feel more a part of your everyday life instead of just experiencing the highlights. Great job. Remember to take care of you too. Maddi will survive 15 minutes in her portaplay for you to do something for you. Love you sister!
